Only 3 members left until we reach 9000+ registered members. I guess this will happen within 12 hours.

We reached 8,000 members on 29 June (2005) and I predicted we will reach 10,000 before new year's eve. Now I guess it will happens in November.

As a comparison...

In Jan 22, 2004 we had 10,000+ posts and 1,500+ registered members here. (This forum has been online since 31 May 2002)

Today we have 91,287 posts.

Well, thanks to SteveM and all BM's who contribute and make the forum to what it is. Also thanks to our calendar guy, Werewolf who keep track of BMs on tour.

I really enjoy being here and also happy to have met some of you.

Congratulations on running such a successful forum. Thanks to Nicke and SteveM for making it what it is.

For me, it's a great way of keeping up to date with my favourite part of the world, especially when I can't get there as often as I would like to.

It is a great site Nicke. I only joined to get a bit of information, but 6 months later it is a part of my life (I log on everyday). I've made some friends and had a lot of laughs. Thanks to all concerned.

I have to say this forum really gets bigger wery fast !!!
and off course beqause its the best forum in Thailand , well done !!

and as Jonny say ..this has become a "part of our life" for many of ous
cannot work one day with out checking and the first thing me do when me come home is to check it again !!!!!!!!! its like a drug ....

after my first trip to los i fell in love with the people and the culture.

when i am sitting here at work, i love to be able to catch up on phuket and the views and experience of the BMs.

best forum minimal flaming and the more experienced always try to help the newbies in a genuine way.

In Jan 2004, not so many posts, because IJ and LivinLOS were not members, yet. Of the 81,287 posts since then, most of them were IJ and LivinLOS, IINM.
