Web site with THAI movie subtitles?

Anyone know of a good web site with Thai subtitles available for free download, for various movies?

For non-Thai subtitles, I typically use:
http://extratitles.to/

But it would be nice to find a site with a selection of Thai subtltles for various movies (and a link to the appropriate font that needs to be downloaded for use with the subtitles).

Usually on cinema I can watch Thai movies with ENG subtitles, but when they release the same movie on DVD it is in most cases without it. argh.

I have a small collection of Thai movies with subtitles, too bad it is hard to find, I would love to see more Thai movies.

thai people prefer dubbing to subbing

they do not like to read & watch film at the same time

add into the mix the thai technological preference of vcd to dvd

i read elsewhere that the subs are created by movie theatres for foreign custom & thats why they dont come with dvd releases
