Why do people have to make excuses to go to Thailand? Why do most people automatically assume you're going for cheap sex? As G Unit79 has already stated there's the culture, the food etc. They would be much happier if you went to a tacky holiday resort in Spain as most people in the Uk do.

Now what I do is tell people with a straight face that I go for the women and beer. Most people just laugh when I say this and don't take me seriously, and then this opens up the conversation to the other things in Thailand such as food, culture, etc...
