Geir's Going Hashing
Hi Gier & Gson - as you've had nice couple of days off ... hope you a had a good rest and was good to see you last night Gson ... so you have plenty of time to prepare ...this is where Sat (14/01) Hash is ...
Directions: Go south from Island Furniture to TOT on left and look for HHH sign on right to lager. A bus for the run will leave from the Expat Hotel in Patong at 3:00pm. As this will be a long awaited furture legendary occasion any other BM's are also welcome. Nicke this should be a good one - not too hilly there and able to get back to time. PS - Make sure you wear nice new shoes.

Warning- Hashing is addictive
Glad to see more and more BMs want to try out the noble art of Hashing.It is a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon and meet people.A beer truck is always on hand for those who prefer the social side of things.
 Hashing also is a travelling circus.There are clubs all over the world who do exactly what we do - run/walk;drink piss; and talk bullsh1t.

It took me over 2 years before I tried it on this trip,and lets just say I wish I done it before...great fun
 !!!So Geir and Gson....dont try to beat my record....grab your new shoes and turn up on saturday  !!!

For the less fit (fat b*****ds) there is a walk course that also lasts about the same time - the idea is that the runners and the walkers arrive back to the beer truck at about the same time. However for the seriously unfit/social Hasher/piss lovers - Gollum often will do a 'unofficial mini-walk' (often a huge short cut) so that dont get too far away from the beer truck. Then of course the the Dogblower serious duty of guarding the beer truck. For the serious runners thats the challenge - getting lost is part of the fun - but that would cut down on beer consuption time.

I've always wanted to try a Hash, sounds like a great time. I'll pencil in Saturday March 4; meet at the Expat at 3 pm right, anything else I need to know?? I'll have to dust off the shoes...

DB- Congrats on Post 200 ..... Bigger beer truck .... Mmmmmmm
IJ/Mav - I love a challenge ..... and I'm sure they actually would really get into it and enjoy it! They both could do with some exercise ...I've lost 6kg since I started Hashing.
