Let's use this title to let interested people know where we are going.
Next Saturday March 11th the run is at Bang Wad Dam at the offices and garden area up the hill - not at Dambuster's house.

I thought last Saturday's hash was terrific. Unfortunately, my knees did not. Now, three days later, I'm still having a tough time walking. I have done four hashes and hope I can do the fifth on the 18th. it really is great fun and good exercise......maybe I'll have to take it a little slower next time. If only the hash were all uphill and no down.

Certainly glad got led astray last Sat Bill - long old walk/run round the reservior but from the (minor) wounded comming in - that was a challenging one - hearing this Sat Hash is in Kamala somewhere ... gaurenteed hills there, much prefer the ups to the downs.
Geir the next lady(boy) hash should be on 12th April! Dont forget your new bra and shoes!

Ice cold beers
There is always the promise of some ice cold beers afterwards.Some even fortify themselves with a few before too. A lot of us go out for a hike/walk rather than running it.

I participated in the annual Gothenburg's half marathon (21 Km) a few years ago and I thought I was gonna die 5555555 it took me 2,5 hours to get it done and after that never again... A marathon in Thailand's climate would be suicide for me
