Annual General Punch Up 27th July 2006
Saturday Phuket Hash AGPU is on the afternoon of Thursday 27th July.It is being held at the Hash Plaza (Ex Pat Car Park) as normal.
 Nomination sheets are out on todays Hash Sheet.Full details will appear on the web site as well.  And NO I am not volunteering to run the creche

Who is doing the arrangements
This AGPU could be confusing.Both King Klong and Woodpecker are in Aus on a months holiday visiting Skirt and Dogballs.
 Imagine the confusion in the Ex Pat if they are not back in time.

Hey Guys,
As I lost my Hash Cherry and no longer a virgin, I'm still new to the HHH and don't know what the Punch Up is all about..... Or maybe just come along and find out? or is it invitational only?

Got told over weekend that Klong and family are due back on 24th July.Plenty of time before AGPU.

Dingo's - AGPU also stands for Annual General Piss Up.
All other Hashing BMs - looks like I'll miss the AGPU by a couple of days. I therefore advise that I will not be available to fill any of the following positions: Webmaster, OnSec, Hash Music, Database, Scribe, or any other daft ideas anyone may have.

And you even have a sort of election for the new committee out there
Here in Copenhagen we have AGPU same time as our XMAS party evey year in December, and no election here, the old committee select the new committee before the party, when people have eaten and are drunk the new committe is presented and you must as a member have a very good reason not to take the post you have been selected for  Have a good AGPU out there, sorry I can not be with you. Currently we enjoy allmost Phuket weather here in Denmark right now, damn I have to sit indoor working  See you all in 3 months time. OnOn Swamp Thing HashSec 2006 of Copenhagen Hash House Harriers

Free food
Hey Dogblower:
Since nobody knows that you will be there you can sneak in through the back door and beat the "Cheap Charlies" to the free food. It happens every year.Scumbag free loading parasites eating the grub early. Best memory was when Blouse saw some of the twats and sent them sprinting down Soi Sunset.(If Blouse was after me I would be sprinting too )

Yeah, I remember a few years ago when they had it outside near the pool. I was standing nearby talking to another candidate for some position neither of us wanted while the polling went on outside. Suddenly we were stampeded and I was almost knocked into the bushes - the rush had started early and nobody was hanging around for less important things like voting for next year's committee.
Then again, considering some of the dumbass decisions we've made over the last couple of years, I'm not sure that democracy is the best system for a Hash anyway. See you there - at least there'll be some free piss and we can adjourn to your place when we get bored or hungry.
