11/11 K1-K2 10th Aniversary Run & Party

Run and Party in celebration of:

10th Wedding Aniversary of Anything & Belly Dancer
1st Aniversary of Opening of Champagne
Armistice Day - Lest We Forget

Saturday 11th November Run#1079 at Crystal Bay
(South Patong down a little from Merlin Resort Hotel)

Hashers: Please park on one side of the road only - better still park in Patong Expat/Faulty Towers and take the bus.

Hares: Scud, Belly Dancer (K2), Anything

Yes folks those rumours of the Maraud are true - another Scud-K2 run is being devised - absolutely no hills and no falsies - nice and flat (if you want to swim/snorkel/scuba dive).

Followed by buffet/party (8pm) at Faulty Towers Bar & Resturant (Soi Sunset).

Followed by after-party (10.30pm) at Champagne (Soi Sea Dragon).

Non-hashing BM's welcome to come along to Champagne.

Hey Kev at least you have remembered. Picked Lai up from work the other week and she says, "Do you remember what today is??" I think for abit and then the light goes on, 10 year anniversary, well it was yesterday as it was now 2am.

So she then says that someone at work told her that 10 years was diamond!! So I tell her, seeing as I forgot and its already past, but you remembered what did you get me!!! Didnt go down too well.

All the best and I hope you and Korn have a good one!!!!

Congratulations Steve - hope Lai lets you make it up to her without the need for diamond - I think its china for 10 years.

Thanks for your wishes - seems this year has hurtled past and having fun with Champagne.

Cool Old or new

In my dictionary for 10th:

it is Tin for traditional but Diamond jewellry for modern.

So K2 are you a traditionalist or a modern man?

Traditions need to be upheld Crustasian ... K1 is waiting for the gold - all other jewelery is considered of little value - her being a traditional kind of Thai girl

Nah mate - we're the hares - so we dont have to run (mountaineer ? ) on the gentle stroll - we found some very romantic spots en route - maybe a rumble in the jungle while we lay those falsies (ooops I promised no falsies 5555555).

Cheers ST66 - no life since Gollum (and Stevem in a round about sort of way) got me on the bus has not been the same - my Mrs (wisely) never mentioned Hashing and never let me near Faulty Towers/Expat or any other lunatic Hash activity.

It was your Mrs fault she introduced herself to me when you were in G-Spot looking the place over, and I indirectly knew her, and she made me promise not to mention hashing, and being the good hasher that I am, I promptly ignored her request.

Anyway your enjoying it now, see you tomorrow for your run.
