Well FT has returned invigorated and happily in less pain than his last trip ... just how entertaining my next post on this thread will very much be detremined by his actions this afternoon ....

I'm glad you had a good trip this time - a lot of others around you getting sick, going to hospital etc etc and you staying in top physical form - great to see.

Have a safe trip back - I'm really not sure if I'm looking forward to seeing you again
