If it wasn't him, it was another male with the identical t-shirt.

I think the character pictured is nocturnal.

I still must ask............Is Gollum a Basher or a Hasher nowadays?

He has been given immunity from receiving any bashings from HBPLC.
Looking at the t-shirt he's wearing in that pic......The board of HBPLC may have to make a review.
