K2's 100th Run 5000th Post

Taken 5 years to get here and I would expect that my post rate will slow now from dizzying 1000 posts/year - time for others to take over. Thanks for the amusement, insults and insights - look back with some fondness and some sadness as to how things have changed over the years.

Another milestone is K1 and my 100th Saturday Runs -

Sat 9th Feb & then afterwards to Hells Bells for its 1st Anniversary Party

Run Directions:-

Head to Heroines Monument and head west (left) for 3.8km - turn sharp LEFT (narrow road) at the unamed gasoline station and follow HHH signs to the laager 180m on the RIGHT which is a football pitch behind the school - please park with due consideration. (If coming from Kamala then look to turn sharp RIGHT at the unamed gasoline station ~2 km after Lady Pie - heading towards Heroines Monument).

(For Simbo & other GPS fans 7* 58' 41.30" N 98* 19' 59.75" E).

Its a challenging run & also a shorter walk, but there is a walk too - would be good to see as many BM's as possible there.

Its a year since Geir took over Champagne and turned it into Hells-Bells so double celebration after the run there. BBQ (more from Geir to follow) and I might even buy a beer of 2 for the non-Hash Basher BM's and Easyrider will be full on DJ'ing!

Was just about to post "Congrats on 5000 K2", but you beat me to it and did it yourself of course

Well, congratulations anyway - well done Will try to make the run, and the party.

Not very good with the clock either Sammy!

This morning I went with K1 to lay tomorrow's r*n - heavily modified it so Crusty can't cheat!

Would expect the runners to finish in about 65-70 mins.

Shorter walk of 45 mins for the less fit ba$tards (like me).

Bring your camera's - some views are some of the best I've seen in Phuket!

Hope Geir is out of Jeagermeister & Black Death and has had the toilet rebuilt and soft flooring installed for tomorrow night!

OnOn.
