Hot Hot Hot!!

Its hit 45 here in Sydney at the moment.

Just abit of trivia, a full Sydney to Los Angeles flight, at the current temp in zero wind, would require 35,000kgs to be off loaded.

Does that mean a few passengers have to walk?

Totally amazing isnt it!!

Highest January temp ever recorded was 45.3 back in 1938, and at 15:58 45.2 was recorded at the airport. Now out of control fires burning north and south of Sydney.

Perth had the lowest average temp on record for December!!
The weather patterns are certainly mixed up.

Nope all quiet on the war front. Was up George St at 3am this morning picking up the misses after her shift, and a large group of Middle Eastern guys went running south down George St, needless to say I walked off northwards.

It gets pretty hot for sure in Sydney I was there for the 2001 bushfires it would get upto 40 and that was hot enough, those electrical storms are pretty mad at the end of the day as well.

So I gues that means VB sales are up for the month.

Were there riots there, as in France?

Not on the same scale as France, but things were pretty unstable for a while.

That sort of unrest with the Arab minorities is alarming! Particularly, when you consider the fact that there are probably Al Quaida operatives out there trying to exploit the situation to their advantage, and hoping that it will help them recruit more terrorists!

Umm, you have it all wrong, it was the Aussie's that turned on the Middle Eastern people. Parts of Sydney were locked down by the police, with only residence allowed entry.

Oh, I guess it is not at all like what happened in France then! I'll have to do some reading up to learn about it!!

Did a quick read. Seems a mob of Aussies attacked Arabs at the Cronulla beach, because they heard that earlier two Lebanese had attacked a life guard. Then later, there was 2 days of rioting by Arab youths in Sydney retaliating for the attacks on Arabs in the beach towns!

Am I getting it right? Getting close?
