heres another one of my inquisitive threads!!

i was wondering what other bm's simple pleasures are, something like a nice drive, or walk. mine is:

on fridays, after a work week, like getting home, going to the gym(when im not a fat lazy bastard like now!) making a nice dinner, and sittign down to watch the red sox(american baseball) in the summer with my balcony door open, having a few beers! love it

My pool..

Quite simply its the best luxury item or thing I have ever had.. Wake up hungover, dive on in.. Hot day, dive on in.. Loads of gogo dancers, dive on in.. Wake up hungover... Etc. I really do love it.

In the past fast cars and driving really hard was something I enjoyed a lot but looking back I probably was a menace.. Movies on a projection setup / big screen is another satisfying luxury.

damn i miss my pool. was one of the biggest private pools on the island back then :P

loved coming home from a session in patong and diving in to the still 'bath warm' water - especially with yer girl for a moonlight smooch

I have one of those projection setup home cinema's too, gotta say i love it. Other then that, i spent WAAAAY too much time on MMORPG games.

Also, Swedish summers, love them! But the rest of the year i hate it here and prefer to not go outside at all.

I would say music, has always been the love of my life and I have very diverse tastes too.

Like many kinds of music to suit my moods and state of mind, anything from hardcore dance through to classical.
Love to put on a 'Tai Orrathai' cd when I get home and I'm back in los 'in spirit'

Certainly would not mind changing shoes with you guys out in los + the swimming pools though.

I have only have hade one shirt trashed and it whas one my "gf" hade purchased to me at lotus. she made the poor laundry lady go to lotus by bus

I guess there's something to be said for "wine, women, and song." That about sums it up. Other than that, I can think of some great meals I've had. Long road trips can be fun also. I'm easy to please.

2 comments by Steves I can really appreciate also.. Ocoen is a amazing thing for some people (in fact the pool is a part of that water baby thing) being on it, in it, near it, even just watching it.. Its nice living close to the coast somehow..

The Dogs thing is great, I just cant fit a pet into my life where I am and am shy of the commitment factor.

i love music. i put on a cd i love and my apartment is cleaned immaculate!
and for me, i am so eclectic with my taste, but my weakness is old soul and r&b. the chi-lite, quincy jones, the supremes, marvin gaye. earth wind and fire. i swear, i put those on and i drift into another world

something about seeing palm trees - i always wanted to live where palm trees grow. when i see them it reminds me i am living somewhere out of the ordinary (for most) and i relax and enjoy the feeling everytime.

well leaving constipation and masturbation out of my reply...

having grown up and worked in built up areas all my life, mine is being able to see the horizon daily, and not necessarily the ocean, land too. You just don't get that working in Central London travelling around on the Tube, having the feeling of a big sky over you.

Another would be sitting out under the stars at night...helps to make your troubles feel pretty insignificant
