Here is a example of the do-gooders I mentioned, who make the UK a joke (this time defending a non-white person to preach hate on the streets of London)

Man guilty of inciting murder

edit: seems someone has copied my username there, and I thought it was unique

oh well, time to post some good news

This is a snip from the article they are discussing;

A man who called for British troops to be brought back from Iraq in body bags at a demonstration against cartoons said to be offensive to Islam was today found guilty of inciting murder.
Mizanur Rahman, a 24-year-old web designer from north London, is one of four people convicted of various charges following a protest near the Danish embassy, in central London, last February.

It was organised following the publication of cartoons depicting the prophet Muhammad - including one showing him as a terrorist - in a Danish newspaper. The cartoons were reprinted around Europe.

Personally, I'm pretty proud to come from a country where these things are discussed fairly openly and where everyone is entitled to their opinion; regardless of how much others might disagree.

from what I read on there (i was bored at work yesterday) some of them are just defending him because is not white, one of them twists it "into he was jailed for his thoughts" when he was expressing his view to murder people

I almost agree but to march through the streets on the UK and banners and shouting "death to the west" and "another 7/7 is on the way" etc is disgusting and I found the comments from people who just shrugs their shoulders and say so ******** what just as bad.

There is quite a difference, IMO, between openly discussing one's opinion on a matter such as your country's involvement in a foreign war, and a call to action, in this case, a call to take up arms against the military men in service of your country, and murder them. When you consider that these radical Muslims are actively recruiting young men to join the ranks of the jihaddists and fight the infidel in Iraq, then I think, in that context, and considering who is calling for action, and who he is addressing, that it is tantamount to treason, and possibly also incitement to murder, which is the charge the man was convicted of, so obviously, a jury agreed with my view on the matter.

That's the point though isn't it? These guys are getting long sentences so they are being punished for transgressing our laws; the system is working.

It might seem like we just let these things go on, but to my mind we are taking a considered approach and reacting accordingly. The last thing we need right now is a knee-jerk reaction to a few crazed loonies.

Let them say what they want, and then when they cross the line they get banged up or deported. It does seem like the system grinds along slowly, but to my mind it's the right way to go about things.

OK, I guess I misunderstood you. I thought you were defending those calling for the murder of British troops on the grounds that it was just open discussion(free speech).
