I watched a documentary last night on bar girls in Angeles City

I have never been and a doc can be shot to show which ever way they woudl want id portrayed

saying that, i thought the place looked like an absolute dump
just doesnt look like an appealing place to me

im sure other people who have been have their opinions

Yes it does, in parts. But it is worth a visit. I would suggest that some folks would think the same of the back streets of Patong.

Been there and it is not that great, but nice clubs, very very nice girls

and if you want to go to the beaches which are very pleasure they aren't that far away.

Been there last year and plan on going back.

Ummm.... I like it ... its not a dump.... even has SM Mall (bad choice for a name perhaps) - which is about as big as JungCeylon.

As for the girls ...

BTW I did write a (rare) trip report for AC bars (Oct '06).

AC proper is very run down dirty and to an extent dangerous, the Fields Ave and the Airbase/SM Mall area is nicely developed in the main.

For sure AC proper should be explored with good local knowledge/contacts and with caution - but not recommended IMHO.

like i said also
this was a documentary that was depicting the sex industry in bad light so im sure they were shooting it at angles favorable to any goals they want to achieve
