I didnt really think that kind of thing would happen outside America and especially not in Scandinavia. CNN had a good coverage of this story and of the videos he had posted on YouTube (They are deleted from YT already)

Four of the ten worst gun rampages in the last 40 years have happened in USA....the diversity of the other 6 - Israel, England, Switzerland, Australia, Germany and Scotland tells me it CAN happen anywhere......and sadly does.
