Anything by Gilbert O'Sullivan and also whilst I'm on about it, anything by Leo Sayer, pair of twats the both of 'em, I was obviously high on something other than sense during this period of my life!!

Years ago, I used to be mistaken for a (fat) Leo Sayer. Never saw the similarities myself, but I was often stoped by customers while working and the 'fact' pointed out.
I never felt like Dancing, although I did have a paniache for wearing tight white jumpsuits and a chest wig.

Hocus Pocus by Focus.. All that insane yodeling....
A mate introduced me to their music and we used to sit around and marvel at their skill.

2525 was a single my brother had given to him, he hated it, I loved it.
I loved an album by Punishment of Luxury called laughter Academy, not many liked that one.
I only like the original Ultravox, anything without John Foxx is total wank.

I use to love that song.
But unfortunately only ever had it on cassette back in those days.
All my old tapes are now useless since the advent of CD

Here they are doing it live in 1973>>>
YouTube - Focus- Hocus Pocus (live '73)
Check out the facial expressions and the warmup bouncing up and down of the singer/yodeler before he starts. Sings like he has something rammed up his backside and when he does the whistling bit his eyes almost pop out :-)

Well....it was the early seventies......there were some powerful drugs around in those days.
He probably found it easier to yodel, rather than try and remember the words.

in my past distant youth i was a mobile d.j yep wheels of steel and all that.
anyway i had a 12 "white label dance mix copy for nearly a year before its release of "BROS I OWE YOU NOTHING" i loved it god knows why .
five stars "all fall down" ,was another favorite
but the best of all had to be
iron maiden "run to the hills
