Question for DM straw and shot trick

To mike can you explain your straw and shot thing you showed me and i tryed it in april.
just a quick guide.

i'm sure it was when you showed me it we went for a game of pool at dragon. all i can remember of that game was saying i'll give you a game then putting the cue back after you beat me. cannot even remember taking a shot. either you really good or i was that wasted i could not play.
i'll give you a rematch at chrismas anyway.

Ok, the 'trick' with the glass and shot.

Items needed -

Bottle of Cointreau
Saucer
shot glass
tall glass
ice
lighter
straw


Put the shot glass on the saucer and fill it with Cointreau.
Hold some ice in the palm of your left hand.
Light the Cointreau.
Shake the saucer so the fire spills over the sides onto the saucer.
Gently lower the tall glass OVER the top of the shot glass until it touches the saucer. If there are still flames around the side of the saucer, blow them out.
Give the straw to the person who is going to drink the stuff.

Lift the tall glass straight up and put it on your hand so gas cant escape (that is why you have the ice)
Your friend now drinks the hot liquid in the shot glass, then you tilt the tall glass and let him put the straw up and suck the gas out of the tall glass.

P.S. Mike. Thanks for the recommendation on Pattaya...will be going again Aug 21 to Aug 25 and also in November! It is dirtier and smellier than I thought it can be!

thanks for that i try it out on saturday with my mate have not seen him for a good drinking session. he's married with kids

p.s how's geir getting on with finding a bar or is it a lot more complicated then he thought.

Hi Baz,

Good luck with the fire trick. I think Geir should have been in Patong about 3 or 4 hours now. He has a couple of things to look at. I hope it works for him. I was very interested, but couldnt really see a way to make it pay, and I didnt want the hassle of paying big money and getting too involved. We will see.
