Istanbul - a very recommended visit
...just back from a week Istanbul.
Been there a couple of times now, but everytime it just get's better. This city is going ahead so fast, it's getting very modern and pleasant! It has to offer the nicest people and it's on my top list of best food ... I had a couple of dinners and all were just really perfect. Great food!! Also, I almost forgot how beautiful the girls are there. Not to start a western/eastern girl discussion, but Turkey is on a great line here and not only because of the European/Asian bridged connection:-) They are just fabulous. A great trip and recommended if you have a chance

I have always wanted to go.. I find place like that which are on a meeting of crossroads and in that case a meeting of continents are always exciting and unusual.

Was there 8 or 10 years ago. Was modernizing and adding a funky edge. I could see it being cool for sure. Didn't see many woman. Guess they've liberalized more. For sure is a unique place and you feel like you really traveled to somewhere new.
