In this photo released by the official Xinhua news agency, members of China's armed police demonstrate a rapid deployment during an anti-terrorist drill held in Jinan, east China.

Maybe Chinese battery technology is more advanced than I thought but couldn't the guys run faster than those contraptions can go ???

Last year I saw the MIB inside the new airport scooting around on one of those things.I p1ssed myself laughing.It reminded me of some of the Dave Allen's funny shetches about the Pope.

I think the main point is you can keep aiming at target(s) while moving forward, when running its very difficult, I guess.

In the US you see security at shopping malls and police at airports use them all the time

Well some of those in line skating Carrefour girls were quite hot and just thought it might add an extra little something, to be able to offer tours to Chalong Temple or The Big Buddha, riding there and back on the inline skating birds???
