I am due to spend maybe 7 or so days here with my TG in March I am doing my own research on hotels etc.. but has any one been here that could advise the best area to stay.. looking for top end hotel bungalow type in grounds.. Hotels pictures always extort the true picture and any 1st hand experience will be of great help.

From Phuket to Koh Chang I can see the only way of getting there is via bangkok then Trat and ferry to island... unless you know of another way.

Done a search on this forum but showing up much.

and best place to stay , is on white sand beach

I go every 3 months after a visa trip to Cambodia, I always stay At Top Resort, White Sands Beach.

Top Resort Koh Chang

Got the Irish theme pub directly opposite.

me and a mate were looking at going there for a few days on are next visit, so my question is. is there any bar girls for rent in koh chang, i know there is a bit of night life but isn't that vibrant, but it's always nice to wake up and see a gorgeous TG

i was there 2 weeks ago , and from what i have seen , :
better bring yourone g/f from pattaya or bangkok!

The most popular place in Koh Chang is White Sand Beach.
It looks like Patong; but 20 years ago.

The main resort there is called "Cookies" with luxury rooms available from 2000 B / night.
Personally, I stayed in a bungalow on a hill; 5 minutes walk from the beach. 400 B for a room with fan and hot water.
