I just have to fcukin laugh with the interviewer!! It cracks me up everytime! I think the bloke talking with the high-pitch voice is actually a female to male transexual!

My mate has it and he understands Dutch - the topic is botched operations, and the guy has had his vocal chords fcuked up (not very funny)

Not sure of the language but I don't think it matters it still makes me laugh and I have it on my desktop to give me a giggle now and again!

Just going off the web address at the start of the clip, it says .IS which is listed as Iceland but it could have been taken from anywhere I guess!

I'm going to watch it again now
