If you haven't tried it before ... that is good eaten.
It tastes somewhere between a snapper and a herring, but can be a bit fishy to the palate. For those more familiar with Chinese food you may draw some parallels to cat. I have even heard some guys refer to ladies using the name of this delicacy; then again some divers have a totally different expression they use for the same. Strangely enough there is a city in Canada that bare a name similar to this food, not to mention some name similarities to a couple of recent American presidents. While not everyone would agree it goes do well with sausage. In Australia some even goes as far as putting it on the map. One word of caution, you may not want to dive into this fine eaten is just any company.
