I recently started a new job and the folks at work have not yet gotten used to my warped sense of humor.

Today I overheard a group of office workers talking amongst themselves and expressing their appreciation for the fact that it was Friday.
I walked in on them and added my two cents worth.

Me: "Do you know what the best thing about Friday is?"
.... silence ... then someone: ... "ehh no!"
Me: "There is only two days to Monday!"

Before they could make head or tail of that statement I had left. From a distance I heard them debating whether I was serious or not. The funny thing is that they don't know me yet and are generally tip toeing around me not knowing whether I am serious or not.

If you can't make fun of someone else, who can you make fun of.
