Yes! They are available now! ‘Homes with a Permanent View!’ Declares a billboard in Boput. Kind of cool hey!
I guess that guarantees that nobody build a skyscraper beside you and block the sights from your window?

Its very common.. My villa has lost the majority of its seaview to the townhouses in front.. Mine was actually built by the owner of the villa behind and above me to guarantee the land would be used the way it has been and secure his views...
