Serviced Apartments in Samui?

Hi,

I'm heading back to Thailand soon, and was thinking about visiting Samui for the first time. When I'm in Bangkok or Pattaya, I usually stay in a serviced apartment for a few months.

So, I was wondering if serviced apartments exist on Samui, or whether it is all hotels?

What I'd need from the apartment is primarily a stable internet connection. If this is not possible in Samui, then I'll forget it and stick with the mainland. Being close to a beach and restaurants would also be a plus.
