How much time does it take to get from samui to surat thani as i am thinking of flying air asia to bangkok anybody done this trip thanks

Two and a bit hours from Na Thon to Tha Tong pier from recollection.

I've looked at doing it, didn't seem worth the extra hassle and time just to save a few baht, fly with Bangkok Air or Thai straight into Samui, the airport on Samui is amazing.

The first and last flight each day with Bangkok airways is only 2000b
