Samui at august
I am planning next trip to Thailand and it would be at july-august. Tried to do google search and seemed that best weather would be at samui at that time. Do you ppl agree? What would be best beach for family with good restaurants and some night time action. Good beach is must with clear water. Any beach good for snorkling from beach?

Not much good snorkling on samui, best to take trip to koh tao.
Bophut/Fishermans village is nice for family, no girly bars Lamai is more laid back than chaweng but still lots of night life. And yes august/sept is a good time to visit.
