i can recommend you Exzellent Tailors in Chaweng. They are located (nearly) opposite Chaweng Regent Hotel on the corner of Soi Solo.

Very good work, good quality, decent prices and the owner speaks perfect english.

Ups, i have to admit that i forgot his name. Shame to me, as i am a returning customer to his shop for over 10 years.
The business is run by 2 brothers who look typically indian but are Thais (born & raised in Thailand)
You cannot miss him and you will love his service & quality.
