Samui Weather!???

Hi.

I´m coming to Samui Januari 28. And stay to middle om february..

Anyone who can tell me how the weather is now?? I´ve heard that it is very dirty, and red flag on the beaches because the rainperiod..?

So the water is not fine and clear? I want that nice blue water to swim in..

Should i still go, or cancel my tripp?
I know its warm there, but i dont want rain every day or so, or swim in a dirty water. Shaweng who should have so great water, i want to swim in that

I hope that anybody can give me more facts on the period i am there. Dont want to have red flag on the beaches, and dirt on the beach. And dirty water..

Hope to see some answers...

Thanks..

It is a very dirty island, and the water there are the worst in the world. If you want to bath in blue water, buy some paint and pour it in the bath tub. Feels a little strange in the beginning, but one positive thing is that you look like a smurf after....

Tarzan I think that is a bit harsh commenting on Samui like that you could put alot of people off the island, I personally think Samui is a lovely Island and I found the beaches in lamai to be quite nice and the water was also lovely. It's a real shame Phi Phi is gone thats the type of water you really want

I am really sorry if i made you cancel your trip to Samui now. Was it the thing about the smurf that scared you... ?

But honestly, you didnt understand that i was joking?
It is so fukcing easy to just do a search on internet about what you want to know about Thailand or Thai climate..
I got 497 000 hits on google when i searshed on Thai climate..150 000 on Samui beaches.

I will still going...

And my swedish friend, its not that that i dont have searched on the climate.
But every ****ing site says different things.. Some say: in jan/feb its raining, and it can be red flag on the beach, and the water is not so clear. Other sites says the different thing. So who should you trust?

Show me that site that say it is rainy season in thailand now....

It can rain, but Samui has alot of sun even if it is rain season.. I was there in juli for a week, and only time it was raining, it was a short shower in the evening...
About the water it depends on how the wind blows...
