you had a number of them doing it regularly here on Phuket, in front of the Phuket Cabana Resort; have not seen any lately, but the police has done some cleaning up not so long ago, and it is right behind the immigration, so maybe they put an end to it.

Never seen it in front of cabana. But Immigration is next to Cabana, and in front you have gay beach.
