Songkran Photos - 2004
I have lot of Phuket Songkran Festival Photos and I will post them in this thread, at the moment I have only one to begin with. This one is from the first day (April 12) and Bangla was open for traffic, later around 5-6 o clock the police closed the street for traffic.

The water war continued all nights in the bars, it was crazy. Soi Eric was closed during this night so I watched the wars from others bars, I went with Baz and Skorpionen and our girls and we visited Dragon for some pool games, top ten bar in soi gonzo, walked trough Soi Crocodile and ended up at Hot Rock in Tiger before I went home.

April 13 was the main day when all Thais entered the streets with their pick-ups carrying icecold water bins.

just wish i had a water proof camera to show you what it was like in BKK,
you have to imagine patpong market without the market stalls and the road looking like a river war zone , it was brill, hopefully will do it aagain one year .

Great pics Nicke,they bring back good memories.I couldnt risk the digital camera being soaked so I didn't take any Songkran photos so these will be for my album also.They aren't copyrighted are they
