Thanks to Nicke and Ead and all the girls at MTB

Arrived home last Friday, and just thought I'd write a quick thanks to Nicke and Ead for the fantastic time we had at MTB.

Some really fun and drunken nights had by all, and thanks to Ead for getting my wife drunker than I have ever seen her.

As for the trip report, well it was awesome, we spent our first night in Karon, but found it to be really dead. The next night the boys headed into MTB, we planned on just saying hi and then continuing but found that we were still there after 3 so we called it a night and headed back to the better halves at the hotel. Next morning we met at the pool bar at opening time to continue festivities followed by some shopping in Patong and then onto MTB again with the girls in tow.

The group split this night with half the group going to Banana about 1am and the rest of us staying on at MTB until about 3:30. Had negotiations with the Taxi driver at the hotel once he'd realised that my wife had puked all down the side of his car.

Next day had a pretty bad hangover, so we thought we'd clear that up with some Phuket Fantasea. Don't know if it was the hangover, but I've found this place horrible.

Next day we did the elephant trekking, canoeing etc. Was actually ok. I didn't think it'd be that good but found it to be quite alright. The night was spent at the hotel bar.

Next morning up early for the trip to Phi Phi, this was fantastic. Really enjoyed this and would recommend for everyone.

That night the girls wanted to see some ping pong so we ventured in soi seadragon and hit the bars. Met up with a bar owner and had his suggestion for which show to see. Was interesting, I think the girls were a bit grossed out. I'm still nervous about the balloon shot out from between my legs on the stage by a dart.

Next day was a fairly quite day on the beach, then the night began by going to Simon Cabaret. I was sceptical about seeing a LB show, but I'll be the first to recommend this to everyone. Was really good. We got put in the front row of the VIP section, and sure enough was pulled into some crowd participation. Having a slighty overweight sweating LB rub his/her boobs on my face and then mount me after asking for help getting back on the stage was an experience.

From there it was back to MTB for the last night drinking. Another great night was had by all, and we continued partying with the MTB girls well into the night after MTB had closed.

I'll follow this up with some pictures and maybe a vid a bit later on.

Most of us have had it after our first few trips.... It gets easier as time goes on.

Mainee - Sounds like you had a great time and no doubt you will be back soon.
