Tiger Beer
We now have Tiger beer in MTB.
Tiger is very popular in Malaysia and Singapore. It was available in Thailand before but only as imported beer, now it is locally brewed so the price is competive and we will stock it.

We sell it for the same price as Singha, 70 baht.
Yes, I think it is quite OK. I also like to have something else than
drinking Heineken every time. Try it for yourself next time.

I've heard that it is Heineken who have introduced it into Thailand and it is Heineken that are now losing most sales to it. Doh!

It is from Singapore. When I was living in KL, a case (24 cans) from the supermarket cost RM120 which is about B1500. Was bloody expensive drinking in Malaysia back in those days.

I think the demand will increase, I guess all main suppliers in Patong stock it now so it will become widely available.

I tried Tiger the other night it's O.K. but would still rather they bring back Carlsberg.

Carlsberg or Kloster for me, given the choice.
If not, then singha with a wedge of lime in goes down nicely before I hit the sang thip or yah dong.
I drink Tiger sometimes in the UK, too. It's definitely getting more popular around the pubs and clubs.
I always try to drink the local stuff when in another country, though. Adds to the experience
See you in November, Nicke. I hope to try your black death (against all the advice)....

I stock all local beers; chang, singha (gold), heineken and tiger. I also have Corona, for the american guys. I like tiger, mostly because I am fed up with Heineken at the moment. Carlsberg used to be my favourite beer but it is not available for the the time being.
