Cost of Living Info

I am hoping you might be able to shed some light into some info I am looking for.

I just came home from Phuket and fell in love with the place (big surprise). I am looking at purchasing a condo in the Bel Air Panwa complex. I plan on renting for out the condo for 3 years then moving and living there. I understand all the legal issues arround owning property but what I do need a little help on is understand the cost of living, so if anyone could help out by providing the average prices for the following:

Medical Insurance for 2 people per month
Condo insurance
Scooter insurance
Cost to purchase a good scooter
Average grocery bill per month for 2 people
any other costs I am forgeting?

Also looking for a good Tax lawyer and a Visa lawyer as I will need to be able to live and maybe work once I am there.

I will be back in April to get everything started..

Thanks in advance for all your help!!

G

What do you plan on doing for work?? Are you aware of the major problems getting WP's and the red tape involved??

The work thing is just something I was thinking about down the road to keep myself busy. I didn't think it was too hard to get a 3 month WP. I will have a Thai company in order to purchase property.

Thanks
