Cnbc
now that i am in canada i get the CNBC international at night, which i am sure its the CNBC that you guys are use to watching. well, let me tell you, that this CNBC is head and shoulders above the CNBC in the states. just the info that they pass on is so much more informative. more has to do with the world markets. another example of america thinking they have the ebst and dont know shit!!

or another case of the TV programmers in US thinking that we only want to hear about goings on in US and not the rest of the world.

I think you hit it on the money Seafox. International coverage by the major US networks is the shits. I think the average American does care what goes on in the rest of the world and I wish the networks would cover more.
We always ***** in Canada that Canadian networks can't do popular programs. But who needs another spin off of American Dad or King of Queens.
I have to say that A&E and Discovery and some of the cable networks in the
US do a great job and the Big network's ratings fall more and more because people are tired of the same sh*t every night.

Cnbc
Not that I saty up all night watching tv, but I have seen CNBC International on here in the states very early in the morning. Say 4 AM to 6 AM? Once in a while they have some cute announcers, especially one girl from France.

Stop all this ''Yank Bashing''
Goes to show that Americans who do travel the world are more enlightened than those who do not possess a passport.

Must say that I would rather hear about politics in LOS, riots in the SWolomons, or any other international news than hear about the latest all night car chase or the latest ghetto murder that happened over an argument concerning $5 of crack.
And most American news programs are doom and gloom, nothing positive at all to say.
Was clicking through the programs last night and got to Top Model(what a bunch of dogs) which was being filmed in Thailand and one of the models got all anxious because they were filming at the beach and she says something like a year ago this same water killed a lot of people. Stupid Twat!

The US media can be described as ‘Sensationalism at it’s best.’
