Typical newbie questions

I've scanned the boards for the last couple of weeks, but somethings seem to fall between the cracks.
As an intro I'm mid-40s, got divorced about 5 years ago, Brit but living in the US 20+ years, and lived with a Vietnamese girl for a couple of years after that; hence interest in women SEA (though I grew up in SGP). Plus recent experience when dating a woman here and her ex- stalked her to our dinner date, ambushed me in the toilet (lost a couple my teeth), makes me want to visit some place with no hassles but good company.
So, here are my questions:
1. I keep reading the "usual shower thing" but can anyone give me a better description of this ritual? Are there showers in the morning too?
2. A lot of you seem to hook up with a BG a few days, but a part from 'boom-boom' what do you do to keep entertained?
3. A lot of you (naturally) seem to use the Mai Thai as 'homebar', and venture out elsewhere to find BGs. No disrespect to MTB, but are there other good homebars or problems with the MTB BGs?
3. What's the percentage of BGs willing to do a threesome (with another BG)?
4. What's the availability of non-Thai women in Patong? Heard mention of picking up a Japanese tourists, but what about Euros?
5. For a two week stay, after travel and hotel, for spending money to have a good (555) time? I was thinking USD1400-2000 would be enough for a fine time.
And if I've arsed anything stupid let me know...
I'm looking a visit in May and staying at the ExPat--seems close to the action, comfortable, and I'm a cheap barstard. Would C&N be better?

Always before sex is a must. If you get one who dispenses with the pre-sex shower ritual, then you have really got a red-hot horny girl. Happens, but rarely. Also, there is morning shower. Shower after sex. Shower before and after swim. Showere before getting dress to go to bar. If there is any comceivable reason you can think of to shower, then it is time for a shower. TGs are extremely obsessed with cleanliness. Nothing wrong with that, IMHO. That is why they always taste good, never fishy! Well, that and the bum gun!!

Go to bars and discos to drink and dance. Go to restaurants and/or eat at the sidewalk stands. Spend a lot of time in bed, screwing, sleeping, and/or watching TV. Those are the main 3 things that everybody does. Other stuff is go to the beach, go to amusement parks, go drive go-carts, go on day-trips, so shopping(# 1 on their list), and sometimes travel to other resorts with you if you are hooked-up LT, and if they really "luv u 2 much, luv u LT," then they like to take you up-country(Isaan usually) to meet Mae(Mama) and Po(Papa), and the rest of the clan.

Yes, there are good bars. No, there usually are not problems, but there have been a few incidents over the years. It is the nature of BGs to be very possessive of you if they like you, and so some BMs eschew the charms of the MTB BGs, so as to avoid potential jealousy/possessiveness problems, which when they do happen, could mean that you might have to avoid your hangout(MTB) to avoid a hassle, or unpleasantness!

Tough question to answer. Maybe 5%. But depends on your definition of 3some. Probably a majority of them will go with you and another girl, if they haven't already claimed you as their BF(or think they can). But that doesn't include them having any sex with the other girl, and that's where it can get tricky. Easiest way to arrange it with the girl/girl action, is to go to gogo bar and tell the Mamasan that is what you want, and she will tell you which girls to take. In any case, you must be very explicit about what you want, in that regard, or you will get girls who don't go both ways.

I am not the best person to answer this one. Not good at distinguishing the Japanese from TGs. But they say that they hang out at Banana sometimes, when it is the times of year they take their holidays, and that when you get them out of Japan, they can be pretty wild, and uninhibited!! As for Euros, also Banana has some, but often w/ BFs. On any day you can go down to the beach, and see them there, often sunbathing topless, which TGS virtually never would do. How shocking!!!

Just wanted to add that the shower itself is usually just a shower. A lot of them , especially if they are not too experienced, don't even like you to shower with them, or not until they get to know you better.

But some girls are fine with it, and then it's just the normal fun of washing her, and her washing you, with no skipping the delicate parts. Plenty of giggles and turn-ons there.

Once in a while you get a girl who gives you the real royal treatment. Does everything for you, and after the shower she towels you off and powders your body from toe to neck , starting at your feet, working her way up, with lots of oral attention on the way, and kisses when she finishes. That would typically be in the AM, after sex, and before you start the day!! They will even put the toothpaste on your toothbrush, hand you your razor, etc. Having someone catering to all the details of your every little need can be awfully heady stuff. But they are definitely not all like that!!

Just stayed at the Expat, I like the pool, the location, but I was very upset with fact that everytime I went to take a shower, the breaker would trip, leaving me with soap in my hair in the dark. Reported it a couple of times, but it was never fixed. I think I'm gonna try someplace else.

Well, I guess this is also my introduction to the Forum. I am a 33 yo Farong that just got back from the LOS on December 5th. It was my first and definitely not my last trip there.
I arrived in the LOS on November 13th and was supposed to leave on the 29th.....BUT I extended. Had the time of my life and will be returning, probably Nov - Dec 06. Not soon enough.

I stayed at the Casa Summer Breeze the entire time.
Great location, staff, and BG friendly. Tell Koon Bill & Koon Kurt that Chris from MN says hello. The rooms are very nice and it is just a short walk to most of the action. Enjoy your stay.
