as say that tuk-tuk cost 800 to 1000bat hire for whole day...then what's about air-con taxi?as u say that air-con taxi is difficult to hire at patong..can i ask hotel to call for air con taxi when i stay at hotel?do anyone know the rate of hiring air con taxi for whole day at phuket? or is it expensive to hire prvate car from hotel for whole day?

In december hired air-con taxi from outside maccas beach rd 8 hrs 1,000 baht took us everywhere. Would suggest as alternative you ask any b/g as they all new a driver.

Plenty "unofficial" taxis on the beach road. You will see the cardboards they are showing. Just ask them how much you want for the trip.
