Lightbulb Any thai chefs ?? need chicken kebab recipe

While in Thailand i sampled some of the finest Thai chicken kebabs ever, with beautiful penut sauce, i didn't however get the ask how they made them as translations were a bit staggered. Im thinking lemon grass was used, any ideas to help me make them ??
Thanks

Nana Plaza mobile kebab shop recipe:

Take a chicken.

Peel it.

Skewer it.

Drag it up and down the gutter to marinade.

Cook it until it stops moving/clucking.

Sell it to a drunk Farang.

Yummy...

Nah, they just scrape up all the chickens that tried to cross the [Sukhumvit] Road and didn't make it. Couple of days pounding by traffic and they're nice'n'tender. They also pick up that lovely diesel/oil flavour that some people think is peanut...
