3rd thread, 7th post

hey all.

Well, this is the newbies area so here I am--better late than never.

Ok, what have I got...

--So, I'm a Canadian as you can see from the upper right corner of my post,

--I'm at University in Buffalo NY (where it's called a College for some reason),

--I'm 24

--I'm married (to a Cambodian, if that means anything to anyone )

--And I was drawn to this site 'cause I am interested in LBs

--My wife knows, she doesn't care, we are quite close and understand each other, etc.

Ok, that should do for now.

Hi everyone!

good intro.

Don't worry about telling us how many posts you have and threads that you have started though.

Do you go to SUNY Bufallo?

I used to visit friends there and jump off the 2nd floor dorms into snow drifts during winter. You Canadians probabaly just break out the tanning oil and just sunbathe.

Welcome to the board.

Thanks for the welcome, Lucky7. No, I don't go to SUNY, I am in graduate school getting my certification in Education at D'youville College in Buffalo.

Sunbathe, haha. It's funny but I find it colder in this region than my home town near Toronto, probably because of the "lake effect".

Regards,
me

welcome aboard eophonic,
i can remember a party or two @ D'Youville and jumped out a number of windows into huge drifts of snow @ UB and all over western NY ( much too cold to go to class). Eventually smartened up and went to southern cal.

How does your wife deal w/ the winter weather?

jim

Sorry about the extremely late reply

Actually my wife was born and raised in Canada (ottawa), so she is climatized to our weather here.

There's quite alot of Cambodians and Laotians in my neighbourhood, and Filipinos. many of my friends growing up (and now) are SEAsians, and that's how I met the wife.
