You will for sure not find a flight where you can smoke from UK to LOS, or some other place in Europe (world). But you will find some english-speaking guys in MTB, Soi Eric, Patong.

welcome on board. maybe a flight via dubai or another airport would fit you.So you can have a cig while stying there. Also they are sometimes cheaper than thai airways. For booking you can check www.skyways.de

I am a heavy smoker and used to think the flight would kill me, but no more!
Tip 1. By a packet of Nicotine chewing gum. It tastes foul, but does the trick.
Tip 2. Get a night time flight, get sozzled and sleep as much as possible. Then its like only a couple of hours without a ciggie.
Tip 3. Get a seat by an emergency exit, then you can always go outside when you want to smoke.
The last one is not a very good idea, unless you are like Irish Johnny, because it will make your hair all messy!

If you are using Opodo or Expedia, try booking your flight from Bkk to HKT seperately. Eg For a return flight dep 12/11 on Opodo I was quoted £620 LHR-HKT with Malaysian Airways, but same date I can fly to BKK with Etihad for £433. Flight BKK to HKT is quoted at £111, but can be bought cheaper in Thailand, I am sure.

At the moment I am struggling to find anything sub £700 (from Manc). However, this may change as the months go by (still plenty of time to book). Last time I found a Malaysia flight to phuket in Nov for around £550, I booked 6 weeks prior to departure.
This is another site to try.

What is your return day please. The best price I could come up with was £580, (but that was a 3 month stay).
