I had new year in Dublin (visiting lost relations) in 2001 in a 12 bed dorm with 11 Kiwis that i didn't know. Was the first time i saw snow. Left Ireland new years day and came to LOS. Stayed a month on Koh Samui (Chaweng) and had 3 days in Pattaya. Returned to LOS in June 2002 (Patong) and have had about 5 trips there since. Lived in Patpong (Bangkok) for a month above one of those day *****houses (last year). Girl who did the fish show at the go go bar gave me her room whilst she went off with some german guy for a month.

I've been to the same places as you Sorcerer. Have spent a bit more time in Pattaya though. Also lived a bit in Phuket Town. Where you from in Ireland Irish Jonny?

When I we lived in Ireland it wasnt far from there.. Clondrohid co Cork.

My aunti uncle and some cousins are out near cool mountain (they have settled in after being the nomad cool mountian hippies).. Personally I really like the Bera peninsual and Castletownbere areas.. That and next one up out to Derry nane.. Went back and hitchhiked all around that way when I was 16 or so..
