Now I've done it!
Thanks to this board I finally stopped procrastinating and have confirmed my trip to LOS from May9 to 24. Thought perhaps I should give a bit more of a self introduction. Have been to LOS for new years '02 to Bkk and Phuket via Singapore and Malaysia. Stayed at Nai Thon beach resort away from the crowds. On my own this time so after a few days in Bkk thought I would go to Chiang Mai then down to stay in Patong area this time. However after reading the stories from all the crazy BMs here maybe I will go directly there!! Looking forward to lying around on the beach, drinking beer and meeting some of the faces behind the names on this board. I've printed out the Mai Thai Bar homepage and will collect my free shooter when I get there in just over a week!

bet you wont spend much time on the beach!!!!
Chaing Mai is great also,just the bars are a little quieter. enjoy your trip and if u get the chance post a trip report
