Hi All !!!
Hey guys.

After 6 trips to LOS I will finally see Phuket in July
I have a one way ticket from Bangkok and am planning to stay 3 or 4 days but may extend if I'm having fun

Any subtle differences I should know about between Phuket and Pattaya ?

Welcome mate. Nice to see you will finaly visit Phuket. It is quieter but better than Pattya IMHO.

Welcome to the board. Would be nice to know Over what period have you been coming to thailand? ie 3 yrs 6 yrs?

Pattaya for partying and girls phuket for the beaches and relaxed pace.

Hi,

Thanks for the welcome and info, I will be in Thailand from 22 July-5 August and hope to meet some of you as I am travelling alone.

First came to LOS in 2003 with my (ex) girlfriend !!!

A good friend of mine is now married to a Thai girl and we travel to Nongbualampoo occasionally but Pattaya is my main hangout.

Will I now get the Phuket bug ? Have to say Pattaya can get you a little jaded sometimes
