give me a reality check please.
A big high from the north coast of nsw au , I do a lot of reading & research on this cool site , but I have been scamed , (e-bay) , so I want to be carefull ,
I have been reading ELLABBS last post , and you guys are to the point , we all need to be told sometimes , I do, and I try to listen . I want to meet a Thai girl I meet on an ozzi net date (rsvp) , 35 yo no kids ,village girl ,has farm with father , works in bkk in of season in factory ,wants out of los , wants ozzie, has set her father with new home , has sister married to usa man , english poor , has cousin helping her on computor , I have had phone calls with both girls , 60 e-mails , I have only 1 photo , she is shy about sending more as she said she is darker than the girls down south and she said she was ugly ? her photo looks good ,she live the nth east , we both aggree if I visit her in aughast and we get on , we will have a holiday in phuket ,. I am a non drinker but that will not stop me from have a drink in MTB ,will conform dates later .. There has been no mention of asking for money , I do think she knows what she wants , and I can give it to the right chick , I have been to LOS only once , was on a injury recover break ( did SFA )fell in love with all the girls ,I love their nature ,attitude , looks , culture ,religen etc etc . I do wish to bring a Thai girl to live with me in a new shack on a hill , I know she will do things I want to do and keep all the boys toys as I get older . I will love and adore a thai girl as I belive she will have more to give me than I can get anywhere on planet football . What do I think ??? sounds to good to be true so far , thats how I'v been scamed before. Reality check now please , prepare to be re programed JL

Jayel, if she's on RSVP here. she'd have scores of guys she'd be chattin with & spinning them the same yarn.
From recollection when I was on that site....the guys outnumber the girls 10:1 If ya feel like she sounds like the one...go for it.... But if/when you visit in August, don't plan everything around her..... Be prepared with an escape plan so you can do your own thing elsewhere... Like all the guys on here keep saying, there's millions of em out there!! Be sure to keep us all posted.

ok, where does the cynic/realist/romantic start.
35 years no kids, unusual but not uncommon. factory worker during non rice season believable. has set up house for father believable through factory work. black issan skin for good girl farm girl very believable. lack of english very good sign going to phuket for holiday, start to ask simple questions about where she has travelled in los. ask about how her sister met usa man, where she worked etc. now the romantic enters the sceneario, older tg never a bg living a quiet rural lifestyle on the north coast hinterland, growing the vegies in the garden, making crafts to sell at the market. taking care her man into his old age. lovely a beautiful vision for many i am sure. bugger me a long and tortouous journey awaits, good luck

Unless you're looking for a virgin that is If she knows her way around town and the nightlife and you meet a lot of her friends out in bars and so on you will know for sure.. Still she might be right for you, it does not make her a bad person. I'd be very aware of the money part though...

Thanks guys some good points to consider ,I have booked a holiday in augast , with a weekend in bkk , thanks junkhouse will go out for sure ,If this girl and I get on , I will go to phuket for a week, I will post my dates in that thread.I will do the BM bar owners tour , and say G'day ,got a cold juice ,(non drinker). I just do the research to work all that out .Or maybe some BM can just tell as all again ???? If you are interested I may post some of my experierces,

latest update to my reality check.
A big high from northern nsw in oz again.
My time is near, wish me good luck. I do thank all the BM's who responded to my thread. I did ask a hell of a lot more questions and got all the answers I hoped or expected. I am a bit of a sceptic as it all sounds to good to be true. I do hope she has 2 legs as this the only thing i have not asked her about and can not see in photo's. I arrive in Bangkok on friday night,with my girl and her cousin to meet me. I will be spending the weekend there and will fly to Phuket for a minimum of 4nights at this stage,(her first plane ride )I have no firm plans yet after that but I will go to Pattaya for a visit as recomended I will go to her places she is familiar with to see if the mobile go's off or she wants to hang out with her BG mates.I guess this will help kill the the idea of a BG i have in my brain, time will tell.I don't care ,just do not want bull s**t to start early. I have asked the direct question,have you worked as a BG , answer was no , worked in retail sales (stop laughing IJ) I do plan to spend some time looking around the N/E.the real thailand man?? I will drop into all the bars and check you all out.as a nondrinker I live on 2 drugs first Tea. The second I will do with out, my pain killer which grows in my garden. I have a 3 week stay. my days of the butterfly are over. how long can a normal bloke be single and on my own.,(over 5 years) I am hoping for a dream to come true. I want to keep it simple as maybe I am a simple and just want a simple girl to be me princess I am not asking to mut I hope. when you have had a fair dose of cancer and science gives you 1 more go at life you got to grab it and keep moving as I beleive fate has a hard time hitting a moving target. thank you Fun2have for the advice, IJ and others for keeping me in the real lane. for all the readers of this great site I will post my results in the near future. wish me good luck guys and gal's regards JL.

On a sideline..... Any Thai girl who will agree to go on holiday with you without ever to actually meet you is absolutely not a 'shy' girl. A very obvious sign that she knows what she is doing..... I also might understand wrongly that you will bring her to pattaya to visit places familiar to her... Correct me if I got that wrong. If so, what does a farm/factory girl in Pasts?
