Phuket Thailand

Hi Guys and Gals of this forum.
Me ? 37 year old ugly fat farrang, well thats the way the Thai totty descibe me. From the UK and have now been living and working in Phuket for nearly a year. Perused this forum regularly since I arrived and thought it was about time I said HELLO !!!!!. I am a regular visitor to Patong (Work related) Ha, but have yet to experience the delights of the Mai Thai Bar.I don't tend to stroll Bangla very often but visit a few bars Near Soi Seapearl. Peace and quiet after a hard day you understand but I will make an effort next time I run the gauntlet to come visit and meet a few BMs.

Thanks for the welcome Mav, I used to go walkabout on Bangla quite a lot but got a little too much mither from the BGs. I am married and happily show any advancing girls,(politely) sorry I,m married and show her the ring. This stood me in a safe zone for quite some time until one night a few months ago I was on my way to Soi Easy to meet some friends and as expected were aproached by several BGs. I gave my usual speill which dispelled all with a nice smile except one. Her reply was, It OK Darling I Married too. Then attatched her hand to my groin area with the grip of an engineers vice and proceeded to drag me to her bar. I could not say I was kicking and screaming but was certainly in great deal pain at which she was quite amused, I wasnt !!!. Keeping my temper wasnt easy but just to be polite I bought us both a drink, paid my bill and left without drinking mine. I evenyually cought up with friends which was only 3 bars up but this girl came mithering every five minutes. I know a lot of BGs and I am quite happy to say hello and have a drink with all of them but one or two in that neck of the woods just frighten me to death.

Thanks Nicke, I love Phuket and the Thai culture. Hasnt all been plain sailing but I,m a lot wiser now and things seem to be panning out quite nicely. Expecting a family visit at Christmas and with a bit of luck will feel the same and decide to move here.

Have been chatting regularly with your wife...infact have just finished chatting and she was telling of her visit at Christmas for three weeks...I think she will Love LOS and will want to live their also.

My hubby, my 14 y/o son and I are moving to Phuket for one year (maybe more) and are leaving here in 9 days...very much looking forward to it.

My son will be attending the QSI International School on Phuket...if you want any info regarding this feel free to PM me.

Also would be good to catch up with you when we get there.
