Bad luck about having to leave your job to travel but I reckon you and the tg's will make sure it was worth it. I'll be in LOS from 31st October for 4 weeks, first 2 weeks in BKK then maybe Phuket. Hi and welcome to the board... Have a good time in LOS. Have you got any ideas about what you want to do for the other 2 weeks?
All the best

It depends on what you really want to do. If that was me i would head phuket for a week... Bangkok for a few days and then work my way up north and spend some time up there... As your already planning on going to BKK and Pattaya then take a flight from Pattaya to phuket or consider going to Hua Hin or Ko Samui. There is a lot of good advice on here... Spend a lot of time reading and then make your mind up. Whatever you decide have a good one tho

I'd get cracking if you want to stay at CSB in mid November. Popular place.
Failing that, Hotel Orchid Residence is next door - that is where I am staying for my visit

As far as I know, CSB is full for that time. I am there roughly the sam period and got the last room . You can try sending them an email. If full then just follow Bello Uomo's advise.

Hello Rumboy,
CSB is perfect located but also very popular, so there is a possibility it's full. Ferb guesthouse is quite new, it opened about 1,5 year ago. It's run by a scandinavian guy and his girlfriend (Bernd and Tuki) (at least the last time I was there). They showed me the rooms and they where superb and had a much better price then CSB. But the location is a little bit away from the action in a little side soi off Nanai rd. But on the other hand I think it's about 10 min walking to Bangla Rd and 25THB by motor taxi. You can look at my review in "BM opinions to hotels/guesthouses"
Cheers,
Raval

If Summer Breeze is full, I would recommend Orchid residence, Hotel Swiss Garden, or Yorkshire Inn. All are on the same street as Summer Breeze, within 2 minute walk to Bangla Rd. Have a great time.
