How to post a poll

Looked in tha FAQ, It says:

To create a poll when you post a new thread, simply click the 'Yes! post a poll' checkbox at the bottom of the page, and set the number of possible responses you want to include.

Problem is, there is no checkbox.

When you click on the "New Thread" link , you get to the "post new thread" page , at the bottom of that page in "Additional Options" is :

Post a Poll
(Tick box)Yes, post a poll with this thread
Number of poll options: (Maximum: 10)

P.S Don't know if you need a certain number of posts before you can start a poll.
