Burger King in Kata or Karon?
I know this might sound silly, but is there any Burger Kings in Kata or Karon areas? I have tasted Burger King's burgers couple of times, and boy they are good!
And do they sell vegetarian burgers also?
And if you have some nice other restaurants in kata/karon in mind (with vegetarian dishes) just let me know

Apart from Phuket Airport, only one I know of is now at Jungceylon in Patong.
Maybe one in Phuket Town but expats can confirm.

Sure we will also get thai dishes too.
But 18days is long time. And since we can't get Burger King's burgers in our home country, it would be so nice to eat some in the tropic
I know some people just hate burgers + junk food...
But they are sometimes so nice and easy

Yes, I am only aware of airport and Jungceylon, we used to have in Phuket City but that was MANY years ago.
I like Burger King better than McD myself but it also cost more.

I can never understand when anyone just asks a question about Burgerking/Macdonalds or just plain old falang food, That people feel the need to give stupid replys like this, Did you ever think for just a second that some people dont like Thai food? Or cant eat it everyday? That maybe they like to have something fimiliar, Why the fcuk is that such a big crime?
Rant over!!

I asked a girl in Thailand if she ever eat McD or BK burgers. She said on rare occasions, but only if there is a lot of chile on then.

I just had one in Changi..
But it is Junk (food) however you look at it.. I agree with Ally above in someone shouldnt get flamed just because they dont want to eat Thai food 24/7 but a real home made burger like faulties not only kills a BK in quality its cheaper too..
And you can have an icey cold beer Lao while your waiting.

I would be extremely surprised if one opened there. When we were looking into these franchises, BK wouldnt say how much, but McDonalds was 10M just for the franchise. You need to sell a lot of burgers to recover that, and I cant see that happening in Kata/Karon.

Do you need to know where I am from?
In answer to the original post, I dont know of any fast food places in Kata or Karon and I live there. Would be nice, although I would be tempted a little too often.

Nope never tried - by fast food i actually meant the franchises. You would think Kata/Karon could support a KFC at least.
