Take me to the other side!!!

Just thought I'd say hi to all.
After several visits to LOS, I thought I'd try something different and head to the Andaman side of Thailand. Aimin to stay in Karon for a couple of weeks in April - looking forward to seeing if there's a difference having previously stayed in Samui, Pattaya, Hua Hin etc.

BTW, can anybody tell me whe Sonkran starts this year.

Cheers all.

For water action, 12 and 13 is the main days at Bangla while some (few) people may play before and after these dates.

Thanks for the calendar

I noticed that on some days you note "Some businesses Closed" and other you note "National Holiday".
Does that mean businnesses / bars are closed on the National Holidays?
