Just come back from visit to patong met a nice Thai girl not bg or any thing else met in disco she charged for first night then no charge for remaining ten brought her presents and she brought meals and taxi fare back to phucket airport to see me off at end of holiday.
We are chatting via e mails text and phone she says she loves me wants to see me again i ring at wierd times and phone allways ansewered and texts as well.
Have i just been lucky or am i in for some sort of scam later on.

The fact that she charged you the first night defines that as p4p. The fact that she did not charge you for the additional nights properbly means that she (a) has some serious interest in you, (b) she is investing in her future in a major way or (c) you misunderstood and should have paid. You would think that it would not be (c) because your are still communicating and she seems positive, however, I would not discount it entirely, perhaps she is shy of asking for money.

If you feel genuinely good about her and actually have the capability to see it through, stay in touch and see what happens.

I'm not really sure what you are asking here, you need to post what your expectations are and what she has told you. First thing you need to know is that she ****s guys for money and likely is doing so now. You don't mention a job in your post so she's probably a "full-time" freelancer.

To put things in perspective I've got 3 freelancers who "love" me, still call me, say they miss me too much, ask when I'm coming back, say they want me to stay their apartment with them next time, etc etc etc. It happens - these girls often want or find a BFE (Boyfriend Experience) just like many guys will have a GFE with the thai women they pickup.

On being scammed - that can only ever happen with your input somehow, whether that's in falling for a lie, sending her money, etc. Again you need to determine first what your expectation is so you can judge that against the reality.

BTW about not paying her you really should give her cash in some form because you are denying her income while she goes with you. Ok that's her choice and should sacrifice a full payout for it but she's still got bills to pay and family to take care of. Giving her a cash gift "for familiy" or a half baht gold for those 10 days is far far better than buying her presents.

When you meet a girl in a disco and she charged you for the first night, isn't that a classifier in itself ?

She didn't charge you for the remaining ten days. Too much "charging" mentioned for a normal date. Yes, could be she fell for you, time will tell.

I would say, you're up for a lot of reading which you undoubtaly will do or are already doing.

Have fun and enjoy, don't forget the big picture and stay a bit open minded between all the good and bad stories you hear.

We chat and i phone her at times that if she was out clubbing there would be a delay or no answer she answers straight away and tells me she is in her room learning English for me,no background noise.
Her English is getting better as well. She works in the new shopping center at end of Bangla road opposite the Thai Boxing Ring I have sent her some money to buy some things or to her parents i do not care but there was no asking just my own decision,its a lot to her but a morning's work to me as self employed and earn well.
I have an open mind but will be going to see her again soon and will see how it progresses but i have a feeling that looking at other postings i just might have struck lucky first time.

While there are many books out there I would recommend you start with this one: "Thailand Fever". It is written in English (left pages) and Thai (right pages). It covers a lot of details as to what to expect when exploring a relationship between the two different cultures. Buy two, one for you and one for her. Besides being a good and educational read, it will fuel the communication.
